I have been really into brussel sprouts lately! Current favorite vegetable. They have a very pleasing texture and I think a pretty mild flavor. I like to buy them from Trader Joe’s already cut up with salt and pepper and garlic. All I do is cut them up a little bit more (the little ones taste the best) and roast them for 20 minutes at 400 with olive oil. Sometimes I add parmesan at the end, sometimes I don’t. I tried these a few years ago in Colorado but didnt like them. Maybe it was the preparation. But I’m glad I tried them again. Aaron isnt a huge fan but says they arent as bad as he thought. The first time I made them he said “why would you do that?” Oh well, more for me!
